Squid Roast

Ingredients

squid-1 kg

shallots-25

garlic-12

ginger

coconut oil

curry leaves

green chilly-4

tomato-2

kashmiri chillt-3 tbsp

coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp

turmeric-1 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp

crushed fennel-11/2 tsp

garam masala-1 1/2 tsp

lemon juice-1/2

Preparation

Grind shallots, ginger and garlic into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add grinded paste, chilly, and curry leaves, saute it until the color become brown, then add masalas and tomato, mix well, then cook it until the raw smell gone, next add squid and salt, cook 5 minutes, then add crushed fennel, garam masala and pepper powder, mix well, finally add lemon juice.
