Ingredients
water-1 cup
sugar-1 1/2 cup
saffron
cardamom-1/2 tsp
leme juice-1/2 tsp
milk-2 cup
cardamom
semolina-1 cup
baking soda-pinch
ghee-1 tsp
oil for frying
Preparation
For sugar syrup, melt sugar with water, then add lemon juice, cardamom and saffron, mix well, keep it in low flame.
Boil milk with cardamom, add semolina, stir well, cook it to become thick, then transfer to a plate, add ghee and baking soda, knead it well, make small balls, then fry all balls. Finally dip the balls in sugar syrup, then keep it for 15 minutes.
