Chicken – 3/4 Kg -1 KG
Crushed Ginger ( Medium size),
Garlic (8 Cloves) and Green Chilly (2 Big)
Crushed Fennel Seeds -1/2 Tspn
Curry Leaves
GREEN CHILLY -2 Nos
Whole Spices
Crushed -Cinnamon (1 Medium piece),
Cardamom (2 Nos),
Cloves(4 Nos)
Eastern Chicken Fry Masala – 21/2-3 Tbs
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-11/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4 Tspn
Crushed Dry Red Chilli Powder -3/4 Tspn
Pepper Powder -3/4 Tspn
Garam Masala -1/2 Tspn
Chicken Masala – 1/2 Tspn
Salt
Oil
Water – 2 Tbsp
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then marinate chicken with this masala, rest chicken for 1 hour in refrigirator. Heat oil in a pan, add some curry leaves,spices and chilly, transfer to a plate, then fry chicken, finally mix all.
