Ingredients
maida-1 1/2 cup
sugar-1 tbsp
turmeric
salt-a pinch
water
green gram cooked-1/2 cup
coconut grated-1 cup
sugar
Preparation
For dough, take maida,sugar,salt and turmeric in a bowl, add some water and knead it well, make a soft dough and keep aside. For filling, add coconut and sugar to cooked green gram, then cook it until it become thick. Divide maida dough into equal small balls, flattern it, then add green gram filling into it, after folding flattern it again. after doing this for all balls , cook in a tawa.
