turmeric-1/2 tsp

garlic,ginger,chilly crushed
curry leaves
coriander powder-5 tsp
chilly powder-2 1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala-3/4 tsp
tomato-2
coriander leaves
Preparation
Marinate chicken with turmeric,salt and pepper powder, then cook in a pressure cooker without water. Fry onion,cashews and kismis, and potato separately. In the same oil saute ginger,garlic,and chilly paste and onion, then add masalas and tomato, after cooking it well pour chicken cooked stock, then add coriander leaves and fried ingredients, mix all well, fill this masala inside of the chicken, then put above in a banana leaf, add more masalas, then fold the leaf, heat it in a pan, before it serve.
