Ingredients
rice-1 cup
hot water
instant yiest-1 tsp
salt
maida-2 tsp
Preparation
Wash rice then soak in hot water, keep over night. Next morning grind it with the soaked water, then add salt,yiest, maida and mix it well, rest the batter for 1/2 hrs, then heat a tawa, pour 1 laddle of batter, just round it, cook both sides. Soft appam is ready.
