For making Puffs sheets

All purpose flour / maida – 1 .5 cups

Salt – as needed

Butter / ghee – 2 tablespoons

Egg – 1

Water – as needed

To prepare the masala:

Oil – 1 tablespoon

Onion – 3 (large)

Garlic – 3 pieces (large)

Ginger – small piece

Curry leaves – 5 – 10 leaves

Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp

Turmeric powder -1 / 4 tsp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Boiled egg – 3 nos

Preparation

For making sheets, take maida in a bowl, add butter , salt and egg, mix well, knead it with required water, and make a soft dough, rest this for 10 min.

For masala, heat a pan, add oil, heat it well, then add onion, next add ginger, garlic, chilly and curry leaves, then saute it well, next add masalas, cook it well.

Take the dough, knead it again and divide into small balls, roll it into small poories, place one after another, finally roll it into thin sheets, then split the sheets and cut it into 4 parts, add masala with egg half, fold it and bake it.
