Ingredients
• Potato – 4 nos
• Maida – 1 cup
• Corn flour – ¼ cup
• Oregano – 1 teaspoon
• Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
• Garlic powder or garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
• Pepper powder—1 teaspoon
• Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
• Salt
• Oil
• Water
Preparation
Cut potato into wedges shape, boil water with salt, then add potatoes, cook 50 %, then strain out from water. For batter, add maida, corn flour, pepper powder, crushed pepper, kashmiri chilly powder,oregano and garlic powder in a bowl, add salt and water to become a thick batter. Dip potatoes in this batter and fry in hot oil.
