Ingredients
gram flour-3/4 cup
cumin-3 pinch
salt-1/2 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-3 pinch
rice flour-1 tsp
coconut oil-2 tsp
water-1 1/2 cup
green chilly-2
coriander-1 handful
oil for frying
Preparation
Take a pan, add flours,masalas, salt and cumin, add coconut oil too, mix well, add water, remove lumps, then put in a stove top, stir well and make a thick dough, allow it to cool well. Add chilly and coriander, knead well and make small square shape cutlets, then fry in hot oil.
