Chickpea Roast

Ingredients

chickpea soaked-1 cup

salt

water-2 cup

oil

mustards-1/2 tsp

dry red chilly

curry leaves

coconut pieces-2 tbsp

onion-1

green chilly-1

salt

ginger garlic crushed

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-3/4 tsp

pepper powder-1 tsp\

garam masala-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

sugar-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Cook chickpea with water and salt in a pressure cooker. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, pop it well, next add dry red chilly, curry eaves and coconut pieces, roast it well, next add onion,chilly and ginger garlic, saute it well, next add masalas, mix well then add cooked chickpea, cook until it become thick gravy, finally add sugar and mix well.
