White Rice (പച്ചരി )

Leftover Rice

Coconut

Shallot

Fennel seeds

Salt

For chammanthi :-

Grated coconut

Dry red chilli

Salt

Shallot

Red chilli powder

Ginger

Curryleaves

Coconut oil

Tamarind

Preparation

Grind soaked raw rice with cooked rice, coconut, salt, fennel and shallots, add requred water to become a fine paste. then transfer to a bowl, and make dosas.

For chammanthi, heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and shallots, saute it well, next add chilly powder, ginger, tamarind and coconut, mix well, then grind it into thick paste.
