Ingredients
ayala fish-2
tomato-1 1/2
ginger
green chilly-2
shallots-1 handful
tamarind-2 piece
coconut-1/2 cup
coriander powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
oil
fenugreek
curry leaves
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add coconut and masalas, grind it into fine paste. Heat a claypot, add oil, then add fenugreek, crack it well, next add ginger crushed , chilly, curry leaves and shallots, saute it well, add turmeric and chilly powder 1/4 tsp each, next add tomato, just saute it, next add masalas and tamarind juice, boil it well, add required salt, next add fish, cook for 8 minutes.Finally add fenugreek powder, curry leaves and raw coconut oil.
