Ingredients
Milk:1 cup
Sugar:1/4 cup
Milk powder:1/2 cup
Vanilla essence:1/2 tspn (optnl)
Corn flour :1 tblspn
Milk chocolate
Coconut oil:1 1/2 tblspn
Preparation
Boil milk with sugar,and milkpowder. Mix corn flour and milk and add to milk, stir well, cook until it become thick, add vanilla essance, mix again, then allow it to cool, then transfer this mix to mould, put stick, then keep it in freezer. For chocolete coating, double boil chocolete compound, once it melts transfer to a glass, allow it to cool. Demould ice bar, then dip in chocolete mix, wait for 15 second to set.
