Ingredients
tomato-2
sauce-2 tbsp
butter-50 gm
bayleaf
cardamom
cinnamon
star anise
ginger garlic crushed
onion-2
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
chilly powder-1 spoon
gram flour-2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
water
salt
paneer
Preparation
Boil tomatoes, then remove peels and grind into smooth paste then keep aside after adding 2 tsp of tomato sauce. Heat a kadai, add oil, allow it to heat well, then add spices, just roast it, add chopped onion, saute it until it become brown color, now add masalas, after mixing well add gram flour, and mix all together, next add tomato paste and required water and salt, boil it well, add fried paneer into it, cook it for 5 minutes more.
