Rava-1 cup

wheat flour-2 tbsp

gram flour-2 tbsp

curd-1 cup

salt

sugar-1 tbsp

Preparation

Grind semolina, wheat flour and gram flour into fine powder. then add curd, salt and water  mix well, add sugar, after mixing well rest 1/2 hrs.Heat a tawa, balance heat with water, pour batter, spread over the tawa, add oil, once it become crispy, transfer to plate.
