Ingredients
muringa leaf
Mustards-1/4 teaspoon
fenugreek-1/4 teaspoon
dry red chilly-4
green chilly – 1
shallots.-5
coconut – 1cup
cumin- 1/4 teaspoon
salt
water
coconut oil
Preparation
Grind coconut with, turmeric, shallots, curd and cumin and keep aside. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, next add fenugreek and mustards, pop it well, next add dry red chilly and green chilly, after mixing well add moringa leaves, saute it well, once it cooked well add coconut paste with some water, boil it then turn off flame.
