poha-1/2 cup

maida-1 cup

corn flour-1/4 cup

Preparation

Wash green gram and soak for 6 hrs. Then cook it with water for 2 whistle. After cooling well add other ingredients into it, knead it by your hand, and make ball shape, then keep aside. Make maida corn flour batter by adding salt and water. Take green gram balls, dip in batter, then fry in hot oil.
