jaggerry-150 gm

ghee-2 1/2 tbsp

cumin-1/2 tsp

cardamom-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Grind banana into coarse paste. Heat a pan, add ghee, once it heats well add banana, cook until it become thick, next add jaggerry juice, mix well, add coconut, cardamom and cumin, mix all well, cook until the water dissolves, then turn off flame. Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt,ghee and hot water, mix well, then make a soft dough. In a banana leaf, spread the dough, add fillings, then fold leaf from one side, finally cook in a steamer.
