Ingredients
Kingfish sliced 500 gms
Shallots 3
Garlic 5 no’s
Ginger small piece
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Tumeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmir chilly powder 2 tbsp
Crushed pepper powder 1 tbsp
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Coconut oil 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1
Curry leaves few
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add garlic,ginger , shallots , curry leaves and cumin, crush it well and keep aside. Take a bowl add masalas and crushed ingredients,rice flour,lemon juice,coconut oil and salt, mix and add water to make thick paste, marinate fish with this paste, and rest for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, add fish, fry well.
