thick coconut milk-1 glass

fennel powder-1 tsp

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add spices, heat it well, next add onion, ginger garlic crushed, chilly and salt, saute it well, next add tomato , mix well and add masalas, cook until the raw smell gone, then add thick coconut milk, once it heat well add eggs, finally add fennel powder and turn off flame.
