Easy Egg curry

Ingredients

oil

shallots-5-8

curry leaves

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

fennel powder-3/4 tsp

water-1 1/2 cup

salt

egg-3

coconut-3/4 cup

green chilly-3

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add shallots and curry leaves, roast it well, next add masalas, after mixing well, add hot water, then add 3 eggs , cover the lid. Grind the coconut with green chilly and add to curry, then heat the curry and turn off flame.
