Ingredients
ghee-1 tbsp
banana-2
coconut-1 cup
sugar-1/4 cup
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
maida-1 cup
rice flour-1/4 cup
salt-2 pinch
sugar-1/4 cup
baking soda-2 pinch
sesame seeds
yellow food color
water
Preparation
Heat a pan, add ghee, then add banana pieces, saute it well, next add coconut, cardamom and sugar, mix all well and turn off flame. In a bowl, add maida, rice flour, salt, sugar, color, sesame seeds, baking soda and required water, mix all well, then add 1/2 of banana mix and make batter. Heat a tawa, spread oil, pour the batter like pan cake size, add banana mix above it, cook well.
