Cauliflower masala curry

Ingredients

cauliflower

potato

coconut

cinnamon

cloves

coriander powder

chilly powder

turmeric powder

oil

salt

water

onion

chilly

ginger,garlic crushed

bay leaf

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut , roast until it become brown, next add masalas and spices, just heat it, then grind it by adding required water and make a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry cauliflower and potato separately and keep aside. In the same pan , add oil, next add onion, saute it well, next add chilly, ginger garlic, bay leaf and curry leaves, saute again, add turmeric and salt, after mixing well add potato and cauliflower, cover the lid and cook well, finally add coconut paste , boil it well.
