Ingredients
Maida-2 Cups
Yogurt-1/4 Cup

Yeast- 1/2 tbsp
Sugar-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Butter
Water-1/2 Cup
Preparation
Take lukewarm water in a bowl, add sugar and yiest into it, keep aside for 12-15 minuter. After the yiest activate enough, add curd, salt and maida , knead it well, add oil, make a soft dough. Rest this dough for 1 hr. Knead it again, and divide into equal balls, flattern it by usind maida, cook in tawa by spreading butter.
