banana-4large
maida-1 3/4 cups
besan flour-11/2tsp
salt-2pinch
Tarmeric powder-1/4tsp
Sugar-2tsp
idli/dosa batter-3tsp
blwck sesame seeds-1/4tsp
water
oil for frying
Preparation
For batter, add lukewarm water to a bowl, add dosa/idli batter, mix well, next add turmeric powder, add maida and gram flour, next add salt and sugar, mix all well, add luke warm water to make a thick batter, rest the batter for 5 hrs. Then add sesame seed and mix it well. Take banana slices, dip in the batter and fry in hot oil.
