wheat -1 1/2 cup
urad dal-1/2 cup+2 tbsp

fenugreek -1/2 tsp
Preparation
Soak all the ingredients separately, then grind it into fine batter, mix it with your hand, rest the batter for 6-8 hrs.Then add salt, mix well, then steam idli as usually we did.
