Ingredients
Banana-3
ghee
cashews and kismis
egg-2
cardamom powder
coconut grated-1 cup
sugar-1/4 cup
milk-1/2 ltr
vanilla essance
rice flour-2 tbsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Steam banana and remove black seeds then mash it well by adding oil. Heat a pan, add ghee, next add cashews and kismis, after roasting well add coconut, egg and sugar, scramble it well. Boil milk with vanilla essance and rice flour, cook until it become thick. Take banana mix and flattern it in your hand, add filling and fold it, after doing this for all fry it in hot oil. In a tray, pour the rice flour porridge, then put the banana balls, then serve it.
