Ingredients
Sweet potato. 1/4 kg.
Shallots. 8 – 10
Ginger. 1 piece.
Garlic. 8
Green chilli. 3.
Red chilli. 3
Cumin seeds. 1 pinch.
Mustard. 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder. 1 tsp
Garam masala powder. 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder. 1/4 tsp
Salt, Coconut oil, Curry leaves, water as needed
Preparation
Cook sweet potato with salt and turmeric. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and mustards, once it pop well add dry red chilly and curry leaves, fry it well, next add shallots and green chilly, saute it well, next add cooked sweet potato, after mixing well add masalas, mix all and cook for 5 more minutes.
