Ingredients
ginger-250 gm
coconut oil
tamaring-lemon size
jaggerry-small one
salt
hing-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-3 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
coconut oil
mustard seeds-1 tsp
green chilly-2
red chilly-3
curry leaves
Preparation
Cut ginger into slices. Heat coconut oil in a pan, fry ginger until it become brown, then grind it into coarse powder. In a pan, add tamarind juice,jaggerry,salt and other masalas, boil it well,next add ginger powder, cook until it become thick. For seasoning, heat coconut oil, pop mustards,red chilly, green chilly and curry leaves, then add to curry.
