tamarind

Preparation
Mix masalas, add some water and make a paste, then keep this aside. Heat a claypot, add oil, once it heat well, add onion, garlic,ginger and chilly, saute it well, add masala paste, heat well, then add tamarind juice with water, boil it well, next add fish, cook it well, finally add some oil and curry leaves.
