Homemade Papadam

Ingredients

Urad Dal Powder

Baking Soda

Salt

Sesame Oil

Maida

Water

Preparation

Take a bowl, add urad dal powder, baking soda and salt , add water little bye little, knead it with your hand, add oil, knead again, make soft and thick dough, then divide into small balls, flattern it into thin pappad by spread maida flour, keep this in sunlight for 5 minutes. Now you can fry it.
