Ingredients
maida-3/4 cup
cocoa powder-2 tbsp
baking powder-1 tsp
baking soda-1/4tsp
eggs-4
oil-1/4 cup
vanilla essance-1 tsp
sugar-1/4 cup
for milk ganache
whipping cream- 3/4 cup
milk compound-1 cup
for cake topping
whipping cream-1 1/2 cup
milk ganache-2 tbsp
other ingredients
sugar-1/4 cup
water-3/4 cup
cinnamon stick
peanut
Preparation
For cake base, mix dry ingredients together with a strainer, then beat 4 eggs with vanilla essance, then add sugar, after beating well add oil, beat again, then add cake flour, fold it with a spatula. In a greased cake tin, pour the batter and bake it well.
For milk ganache, boil whipping cream and chocolate compound, and allow it to cool.
Beat whipping cream with 2 tbsp of milk ganache and keep aside. Melt sugar with water and cinnamon stick.
For setting cake, cut the cake into 3 layers. In a cake top, add 1st layer,spread sugar syrup, then whipping cream, spread evenly over the cake layer, add peanut and chocolate compound, repeat this again, finally cover the cake with cream, and stick peanut, then pour the chocolate ganache above the cake, keep in freezer for sometimes.
