Ingredients

Broken Wheat

Coconut

Salt

Coconut oil

Mustard seeds

Dry red chilli

Greenchilli

Onion

Ginger

Curryleaves

Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add coconut oil, add mustards,dry red chilly and curry leaves, allow it to pop and saute well, then add ginger,chilly and onion, cook for 1 minute, then add broken wheat, mix well and heat it, now add water, and salt, after mixing well close the lid, cook for 1 whisle, now turn off flame, wait for the steam come out, then serve it.
