Preparation
Cook dal and vegetables( except onion,tomato and ladies finger) in a pressure cooker with masalas( 1/2 of all), salt and curry leaves. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards,fenugreek,red chilly , curry leaves and garlic, saute it well, next add ladies finger,tomato and onion, mix well, add another half of masalas, mix all well, add tamarind juice, cooked vegetables and dal, mix all together, boil well, finally add jaggerry juice and coriander leaves.
