Ingredients
To Make Chicken Filling
Boneless Chicken – 300 gm
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 sp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 sp
Mint Leaves – 4 strings
Green chilli – 3 Nos
Ginger Small piece
Garlic Cloves – 3 nos
Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 sp
Salt to taste
To Make Kozhukattai Dough
Rice Powder – 500 gm
Hot water
Salt to taste
Preparation
Marinate chicken with turmeric,pepper and salt, after mixing well rest for 1/2 hrs. Then cook chicken well, next crush it well. Grind pudina, chilly ,ginger and garlic into fine paste. Heat a pan, add oil, add onion, saute it well, then add chilly paste, mix well, next add chicken crushed, after mixing well add masala, mix well and allow it to cool. For dough, take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, mix it, then add hot water, knead it well, take small portions, fill the masala, and make perfect ball shape, finally cook in a steamer.
