dry red chilly
curry leaves

Preparation
Soak millet for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add oil, pop mustards, then add dry red chilly and curry leaves, saute well, next add onion, carrot and chilly, saute it for 2 minutes, next add 2 cup water, add salt and allow it to boil, next add soaked millet, mix well, and cook it for 10 minutes.
