Onion Vada

Ingredients

Savola – Big Onion – 4 Medium thinly sliced

MAIDA – 7-8 Tbsp as required

KASHMIRI Red Chilli Powder – 11/2-2 Tsp

Green Chilly – 2 chopped

Ginger – A small piece chopped

Curry Leaves – 1 String chopped

Fennel seeds – 1/4 Tspn

Salt – 1/2 Tspn

Oil for frying

Preparation

Add onion in a bowl, add salt then mix with your hand, rest this for 10 minutes, then onion become soft, now add other ingredients, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, take the onion mix with your hand put it to the oil, fry both sides well.
