Preparation

Dry roast wheat flour in medium flame, once it turns aromatic, turn off flame and transfer the dust to a bowl, add boiling water with salt and coconut oil, knead it well, make a dough. Take a idiyappam press, fill the dough, press to idli plate, add coconut, then steam cook idiyappam.
