Cashew nut

Coriander leaves
Preparation
Wash rice with rock salt for 5-6 times, then strain out water. Heat ghee in a pan, add onion, fry till color turn golden brown, then transfer to plate, next fry cashew and kismis and keep aside. In the same pan, add spices, roast it well, now add rice with salt, heat it well, then add boiling water and lime juice, cook well, finally add fried onion, cashew kismis and coriander leaves.
