Vermicelli payasam

Ingredients

Vermicelli-400 gm

milk-1/2 ltr

sugar-300-500gm

milk powder-1cup

cardamom-1/2 tsp

ghee

cashews

kismis

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add vermicelli, roast it in medium flame, then transfer to a plate, boil water in the same pan, add vermicelli and cook it well, next add milk powder, hot water mix, boil it well, finally add cashews and kismis roasted.
