Chicken-3/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Chilly Powder
Fennel seeds powder
Onion
Oil
Ginger

Corn flour

Coriander leaves
Preparation
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,chilly powder, fennel seeds, and lemon juice, then rest it for 1/2 hrs. Heat a kadai, add required oil, add chicken pieces into it, fry it well, then transfer to a plate, in another pan , heat oil and add onion, saute it well by add required salt, ginger garlic, chilly,tomato and curry leaves, mix all and saute well, next add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, now add fried chicken, mix with masalas, finally add some coriander leaves then turn off flame.
