Preparation
Heat a pan, add oil and spices together, after sometimes add ginger garlic chopper, saute for 2 minutes then add onion sliced, saute it well by add salt, next add masalas, once the raw smell gone add tomato, cook until it become mushy, now add eggs, scramble it well, then add porotta pieces, mix with masalas, then add kuruma gravy into it, mix all well, finally add some coriander leaves.
