Special masala putt

Ingredients

onion-1

green chilly-4

dry red chilly-4

curry leaves and coriander leaves

rice flour-2 cup

water

salt

coconut grated

chilly flakes

oil

Prepaeation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, chillies, and herbs, saute it well, add salt, next add coconut, cook until it become aromatic, next add red chilly flakes, mix well, then turn off flame.

Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, add water little by little, then add the masala, knead it well, now make putt as usual with coconut.
