Ingredients
jaggerry-1/2 cup
water-1/4 cup
poha-1 cup
ghee-2 tsp
banana-2
grated coconut-1/2 cup
semolina
cardamom-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Melt jaggery with 1/4 cup of water. Dry roast poha, then grind it to coarse powder. Melt ghee in a pan, saute banana, mash it well, then add, poha powder, jaggerry, cardamom and semolina, mix well, allow it to cool and make a desired shape.
