Ingredients:

Ripe Banana- 8 nos

Dosa/idly batter- 1/2 cup

Rice powder- 1/4 cup

Sugar- 2 tbs

Maida/wheat flour- 1 cup

Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp

Baking Soda- 2 pinch

Water- 1 cup

Oil- to deep fry

Preparation

In a bowl, add maida, sugar, turmeric powder, rice powder, baking soda, mix well.Add dosa/ idly batter and water mix well to make smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan, dip the banana pieces in a batter and place them in hot oil. Donot overcrowd.Fry until golden color.Serve them hot with Tea or Coffe.
