Ingredients
Rice flour. – 1 cup
Thick coconut milk -1 cup
Coconut milk 3 cup
Jaggery 2 cup
Cardamom powder.- 1/4 TSP
Salt one pinch
Ghee 4 tbsp
Chana dal 1/4 cup
Preparation
Melt jaggerry with 1/2 cup of water, then strain it. Add rice flour to a bowl, add jaggerry juice, mix well, next add coconut milk, cardamom and salt, mix again. Take a bowl, grease it well. Take a pan, pour the mix, boil it and stir well, cook until it become thick, add ghee, next add chana dal, cook well, next add thick coconut oil, cook until it become thick and non sticky, then transfer it to a greased mould, then allow it to cool.
