Ingredients
coconut oil
urad dal-1 tsp
mustards-1 tsp
onion-1
green chilly
curry leaves
ginger
tomato
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
water-1 glass
gram flour-2 tsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat a pan, add urad dal and mustards, allow it to pop, next add onion, green chilly,curry leaves and ginger, after sauting well, add tomato, cook until it become mushy, then add masalas, mix well, next add water, once it boils well add gram flour mixture, stir well, add some curry leaves too.
