Easy evening snack

Ingredients

moong dal-1 cup

green chilly-2

cumin-1 tsp

salt

turmeric-2 pinch

ghee

Preparation

Soak moong dal for 4 hrs, then grind with chilly, add cumin,salt,turmeric and ghee, mix well. Heat oil for deep frying, then pour spoon full of batter, fry well.
