Easy Banana Snacks

Ingredients

for base

Riped banana-4

ghee-2 tbsp

cardamom-coconut-1 cup

nuts

for cutlet

sugar

maida

water

bread crumbs

oil for frying

for balls

poha

jaggerry

Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, after melt it add banana. saute it well, next add coconut and cardamom, mix well, next add some nuts, then take half portion from it and keep aside. Then add sugar , cook until it become soft and non sticky, then make a cutlet shape, dip in maida mix and coat in bread crumbs, after doing this for all, fry in hot oil.

For banana balls, dry roast poha, then gring it into coarse powder. Melt jaggerry, add poha and banana mix, cook until it become thick, then make small balls.
