PREPARATION
Wash rice well, then starin out water, next add other ingredients, mix well, then soak in coconut water, keep it overnight, then grind it into fine batter, rest for 1/2 hrs, now cook soft velleppam.
For egg curry, heat a pan, add oil, pop cumin and mustards, add onion paste,tomato paste and chilly, add water, saute it well, next add masalas and salt, mix all well, after cooked add coconut milk, add sugar, and boiled egg, mix well, finally add thick coconut milk.
